Pine Cone Coffee Company Return Policy
The Pine Cone Coffee Company strives to provide excellent Customer Service, and we will do whatever we can to ensure that you're satisfied. Should you feel the need to return an item, please contact us first and let us know the details of your situation. If necessary, we will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you.

We do not accept any packages sent C.O.D. If you return items without contacting Customer Service first, you may be subject to paying the return shipping costs. You do not need to return coffee, tea or food items to get a refund or exchange. You can contact our Customer Service office at 951-529-6658 (Monday - Friday 9 am – 5 pm PT, Saturday and Sunday closed) or send us an email.
